This WAG site was originally built by WhistlerWEB a supporter and local  by staff of Whistlerweb Wag moved there site to a non local internet provider who has no local presence or business license to conduct business in Whistler and to make this worse they have taken Whistler Tax payers money and donations to build a new office / shelter and many of the trades have never supported Whistler Animals Galore , do not live in the community , and do not have a valid business license, furthermore  they never put request for bids out for local trades, It seemed to be all part of the old boys network at work.

So how does W.A.G rate as far as a three legs of sustainability model goes

1) Social sustainable : (0) Fail

2) Environmental sustainability : (3) Marginal

3) Economic sustainability : (-0) Fail 

 

It's a real crime that this town (Whistler BC) has spent over one million dollar on a sustainability project that seems to support unsustainable policies, practices and procedures.

As you are aware, I am legal counsel to WAG (Whistler Animals Galore Society).  Further to our telephone conference of today, I write to confirm that you will remove all information regarding WAG from your website.
 
The reasons we demand that you do so are as follows:
 
1. The information on your website regarding WAG is out of date and incorrect, thereby causing confusion for those attempting to reach WAG and disrupting WAG's operations, and this causes WAG to expend its own resources to rectify this and WAG must bear this cost.
 
2. By including information about WAG on your website you are implying that WAG has authorized you to do so and implying an association between WAG and your website.  No consideration whatsoever has been provided to WAG for this and WAG has not provided to you authorization to post this misinformation.
 
As you advised me on the telephone, three minutes ago, that you are leaving for Vancouver in an hour, however, if I sent you this email immediately you would remove the material immediately, I expect you will honour that representation and attend to removing the misinformation forthwith.
 
In the event that you choose not to honour your representation that you will remove this material about WAG from your website, I expect you will provide to me your reasons for failing to do so in writing, such that we can review our options.  Otherwise, I look forward to an email from you confirming that the material regarding WAG has been removed from your website.
